Kellerman�s Resort Deposit, Cancellation & Payment Policy

Upon booking, Kellerman�s Resort requires a deposit equal to the balance of your stay, along with a valid credit card.

Upon receipt of your deposit we will send out documentation to confirm your reservation.  Upon receipt please read carefully to ensure all information is correct.

Upon check-in, a cash deposit of $250 or valid credit card will be required to cover incidental charges or additional cleaning fees.

Please note that all room rates are subject to a 5% Resort Amenity Fee per night plus applicable taxes.

All rates based on double or quad occupancy per night.

Cots are available for an additional charge of $10 per day.  Please note that cots are in limited supply and must be reserved in advance.  Unfortunately cots are not permitted in our cottages or Deluxe King Rooms.

For guest�s travelling with infants a small selection of playpens are available for a daily charge of $5.  To ensure availability please reserve in advance.

Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Debit Cards and Cash accepted.

Personal cheques are accepted for advance deposits only. �NOT for payment upon checkout.

During July and August a 2 night minimum stay is in effect.  A 2 night minimum stay applies during all other Holiday Rate Periods plus all other weekends year around.

Rental of accommodation is restricted to occupants 21 years of age or over (At least One occupant must be at least 21 years of age.).

All guest units are designated non-smoking, however each unit has a partially covered deck where smoking is permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are permitted without penalty up to seven days after booking for all stays, provided the booking date is more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date.

If the booking was made with less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in or more than seven (7) days after the booking date and the Guest wishes to cancel, Kellerman's Resort will make every attempt to re-rent the property for the same time period and equal revenue.  Upon successful re-rental, the Guest will be issued a credit note for the amount of the rental which may be redeemed for a future stay at Kellerman's Resort.

If you must cancel your reservation a fee of $100 applies.  A limited credit note will be issued at the discretion of the management for any cancellations made up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.

On behalf of the entire Guest Services Team we are pleased to welcome you and your Canine Companion to Kellerman�s Resort. In our attempt to make you and your pets stay with us as pleasant as possible, without impacting on the cleanliness and quiet enjoyment our other guests, we would appreciate your cooperation.

No compliance with any of the rules below may result in forfeiture of deposit and or immediate removal of pet(s) and its owner from our Resort.

1.     Limit of 1 pet per unit.

2.     All pets must be registered at time of check in.

3.     Pets of non-registered guests are not permitted.

4.     Pets are permitted in "Pet Friendly" accommodations only, if you are visiting friends or relatives staying at the resort please ensure that your pet does not enter other rooms.

5.     A $200 damage deposit will be required at time of check in, refundable at time of check out, less any damages or additional cleaning fees. Accommodations will be inspected by a staff member before deposit can be returned.

6.     Pets must be leashed at all times while on Resort Property.

7.     Owners must pick up after their pets immediately. This includes Resort property, Our beach and waterfront.

8.     We would ask for your cooperation in not leaving your pet unattended in your Room or cottage for extended periods of time.

9.     Pets that bark excessively, act in an aggressive manner or disturb other guests or resort staff will not be tolerated.

10.  Use of resort linens or towels to bathe or dry off pets is strictly prohibited. If you do not have your own towel we would be happy to provide you with one.

11.  Please refrain from bathing your pet in tubs or showers.

12.  Pets are not allowed to sit directly on the furniture or bedding.

Please Note:

All units are different and therefore come with different recreation facilities and amenities.  Please ask prior to booking.

Guests must notify the front desk the total number of occupants in their unit for the duration of their stay (including visitors) upon check in.  Failure to do so will result in a $150 charge.  Guests may also be asked to leave and forfeit their deposit.
