The entire family is welcome at Kellerman's Resort Hotel in Parry Sound. We know how difficult it is to leave your beloved pet behind when traveling and our pet friendly accommodations welcome all members of your family, whether it is your dog, cat or even your bird.

Ideally situated in on a Private Peninsula on Otter lake we are perfectly situated for those early morning walks with Fido. Kellerman's is located just minutes from downtown Parry Sound where you can find all of your pet supplies and pet services.

To plan a successful trip with your pet please notify reservations that you are bringing your pet prior to arrival (e.g. book in advance) as we have only a limited number of pet-designated rooms available.

Kellerman's Resorts offers family and couples getaways that include your pet because your pet is part of your family.

Your pets are also our guests and we ask upon check in that you register your pet with our front desk.

On behalf of the entire Guest Services Team we are pleased to welcome you and your Canine Companion to Kellerman’s Resort. In our attempt to make you and your pets stay with us as pleasant as possible, without impacting on the cleanliness and quiet enjoyment our other guests, we would appreciate your cooperation.

No compliance with any of the rules below may result in forfeiture of deposit and your stay and or immediate removal of pet(s) and its owner from our Resort.

1.     Limit of 1 pet per unit.

2.     All pets must be registered at time of check in.  A $200 charge will apply to any guest bringing a pet in without registering them.

3.     Pets of non-registered guests are not permitted.

4.     Pets are permitted in "Pet Friendly" accommodations only; if you are visiting friends or relatives staying at the resort please ensure that your pet does not enter other rooms.

5.   If damages are applicable, $200 fee will apply plus costs to repair.  The resort may waive this fee at its discretion. 

6.     Pets must be leashed at all times while on Resort Property.

7.     Owners must pick up after their pets immediately. This includes Resort property, our beach and waterfront.

8.     We would ask for your cooperation in not leaving your pet unattended in your Room or cottage for extended periods of time. Animals will from time to time try to leave or attract attention making it unfair to your neighbors and possibly causing physical damage to the room

9.     Pets that bark excessively, act in an aggressive manner or disturb other guests or resort staff will not be tolerated.   Our goal is a pleasant stay for all.  It is your responsibility to ensure your pet is well taken care of and behaves.

10.  Use of resort linens or towels to bathe or dry off pets is strictly prohibited. If you do not have your own towel we would be happy to provide you with one.

11.  Please refrain from bathing your pet in tubs or showers. Pets are not allowed in the Pool Building or Pool.

12.  Pets are not allowed to sit directly on the furniture or bedding.

These rules are designed to welcome your pets yet maintain a comfortable and stress free environment for all our guests including those choosing to bring pets.  Thank you for staying at Kellermans Resort

Our CommonSense Pet Policy: Our pet friendly hotel service limits 1 pet to a room.   Dogs must be on a leash and under control whenever you transfer them to and from your room. You are responsible for any and all damages your pet may cause, and the associated repairs. You must take all reasonable measures to ensure that your pet(s) does not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any compensation the hotel will have to make to other guests as a result of noise complaints originating from your room. Our housekeeping staff will not clean your room while your pet is in attendance. Please contact the Front Desk to schedule a time when you and your pet(s) will be out of the room. Should your pet(s) not be under control, you will be asked to remove your pet(s) from the property. Failure to comply may result in your eviction, without refund.
