Located on a private peninsula on Otter Lake
just minutes south of Parry Sound and just two hours from Toronto, Kellerman�s Resort offers the greatest combination of serenity and
privacy that caters to everyone from families, couples, boating
and snowmobiling enthusiasts to corporate groups looking to host
conferences. Our Hotel has grown to a charming 61 room resort that also
offers nine beautifully appointed cottages spread around the
resort�s property, where families can benefit from the privacy of
their own, while enjoying the natural settings and modern
facilities that the resort has to offer. Each suite offers
balconies / patios, cable TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, and high
speed internet access, whereas upgraded hotel rooms feature
fireplaces, whirlpool baths, mini-fridges, lake view balconies and
sitting areas. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. All
guests may enjoy our hotel's heated indoor pool, refreshing sauna,
whirlpool hot tub, and fitness room. Kellerman's Resort
boasts some of the most state of the art
conferences facilities anywhere. We can accommodate meetings and
conferences up to a size of 150 people in our Heritage Room. We
also have two other smaller rooms, the Otter Den, and the Trillium
Room. Our Trillium Room, large enough for 30 people, is fully
equipped with 36" TV, VCR, overhead projector, telephone and fax.
High speed wireless internet and Sony projectors are included in
every conference package. For even smaller groups or as a breakout
room, we can accommodate you in our newest conference room which
is perfect for groups of 10. Laptops and wireless adaptors are
available for rent to accommodate your every need. The Blackforest House is home to
the hotel's Front Desk, Restaurant,
Dining rooms and Lounge. It retains the intimate charm of its
German origins, while offering a wide range of amenities and
services. As you enter into the dining room at Kellerman�s Resort,
you will notice that each of the four sections of our dining room
has its own particular decor. From spectacular views of Otter Lake
in our Florida Room, to enjoyable ambience and features that our
Billiards Lounge has to offer, Kellerman�s Resort has something
