can accommodate meetings and conferences up to a
size of 150 people in our Heritage Room. We also
have two other smaller rooms, the Otter Den, and the
Trillium Room.

Our Trillium Room,
large enough for 30 people, is fully
equipped with 36" TV, VCR, overhead
projector, telephone and fax. High speed
wireless internet is available. For even
smaller groups, or as a breakout room we
can accommodate you in our newest
conference room which is perfect for 10
people.
Conference and Seminars
From 10 to 1000 we
have accommodation for you. Are you
planning on attending a tournament or
team event in Parry Sound or Muskoka?
Our rates start at $99.00 per night mid
week and $125.00 on weekends. This
accommodation can hold up to 4 people.
We have cottages that will hold up to 6

address your specific requirements. Faxing,
photocopies, printing, courier, and other such
services are available from the Front Desk.
If your schedule permits, take
the time to enjoy some of the extensive activities
available around Parry Sound and Muskoka. Seasonal
activities include: Cross-country skiing and
snowmobiling, snow shoeing, ice skating, golf,
mountain biking, cycling, hiking and many more
activities available only minutes from the Resort
and Conference Centre.
One night accommodation, three
meals starting with lunch or dinner on the day of
arrival, two coffee services, main meeting room, and
standard AV equipment. All conference packages are
subject to a 15% service charge, PST and GST.

program for Groups and Conferences that is one of

assign a Group specialist to your group, who will
design a program specifically around your needs and
budgets. Their mandate is to complete your entire
list of goals at an inclusive price designed
specifically to meet your budget.
Our Group and Conference
specialists can design a program for every group and
conference budget. Our accommodation of Executive,
Upgraded, and Standard accommodation is designed to
suit most demographic needs.
Our packages start as low as
$110 per person including food. We own our banquet
and restaurant facilities, operated with a world
class chef. Our accommodations have everything from
deluxe suites to affordable clean and comfortable
standard accommodation. We have packages from almost
all local and area attractions, and can work with
you to create an event your organization will be
talking about for the entire year, till it's time to

Some of the group activities
available for a team building retreat include; water
skiing, mountain biking, bicycle tours, photo hikes,
horseback riding and golf tournaments, Olympic Field
Day (games, races and a treasure hunt are held
on-site). Survivor and Trumps New Apprentice. Prizes
and trophies will be awarded for all competitive
activities.
Other suggested activities
include Murder Mysteries, Scavenger Hunts, Comedy
Nights, Casino Nights survivor to Trumps new
Apprentice.
Bringing the Children? No
problem! Kellerman’s Resort can provide supervised
games, crafts and live entertainment for children
between the ages of 5 – 14. Sitters can be arranged
for individual groups from 7pm – 12 midnight.
